Was in Troutman NC three weeks ago, and I got the impression it was fairly dry there. Is the weather pattern that different, or am I wrong? Right here we got about 33" rain during the growing season. It came hard most times. Did the most damage I've seen since hurricane Agnes in June 1972. I can't imagine the kind of water you're talking about.
