Been fairly lucky in my neck of the woods. 65 degrees on Sunday, down to 20s on Monday. So far, no zero or below here in SE PA.
BTW, I give NO credibility to windchill numbers. IMHO windchill is just to dramatize the fact that it is COLD!!! When you get down to -10, it is just plain bitter cold. -10 feels about the same as -30 in my experience. Windchill will not freeze water. If the temperature is above 32F, no amount of wind or embellishment will make the water freeze. Under 32F and water freezes regardless of wind factors. Weatherguessers need to dramatize things for better ratings. Then there is the "misery index" for the hotter weather in the summer. Just theater.
