It varies on what part of the country your in. Here in the mid west that tractor would not bring much over $2000. The power steering helps. the Swartz wide front end hurts. The collectors are the only market that will pay more and they would want an original wide front end not after market. The three point is worth what it weights. Those kits are just a half a$$ed deal that usually works very poorly.
I just went to a sale today that had two IH "M" tractors on the sale bill. They where in there original paint and one owner. Nice clean tractors. One had power steering and the other did not. They both ran very well. The PS one brought $1250 and the other $1000. The same fellow bought them both. HE is a salvage yard guy they will both be parts machines to him.
They are a good tractor in their day but the lack of three point and live PTO does not have much of a market today.
