Rub the points with some 320 or 400 grit wet or dry until they're shiny then see if you have fire to your plugs. If this is the original mag your magnets may be getting weak from age. Touch them with a flat blade screwdriver to see if they will attract that screwdriver with a lot effort.
If you need to pull that mag make a sketch where your rotor is pointing. THEN DON'T MOVE THE ENGINE. When you're ready to reinstall the mag rotate the rotor to the spot shown in your sketch and your mag should be in time. Hal
