Rotor and cap look for mositure and water that might stop it from sparking. 3. Spark plug wires and spark plugs: make sure they are all in to the dist. cap and check to make sure they are dry. Spark plug check to make sure they are clean and gap. 4. Coil make sure that the connection to the dist. cap is a good clean connection. 5. Most Magnetos have a limited spark and the worst thing is to do is to pull the magneto off the tractor engine. You can over haul a magneto as it is on the tractor engine it is usally the best way to go.
