WCs are good old pulling tractors with their 201 cu in 4" X 4" square engine. Everything holds up well and parts are relatively easy to get. PTO was a $100 option so many do not have a PTO. Should be able to find one, though. Hydraulics are non-existent so there's virtually no easy way to attach a 3 point hitch. It'll pull two 14" plows all day long on about 15 gallons of gas which is what the tank holds. Hand brakes. Foot clutch. For $4-500 more you could get a WD with live power hyd ,pto, and a hyd lift that's easy to convert to 3 pt.
