Beautiful work! I have been in tractor restoration business 20+ years. First as mentioned what has happened in his life? Second I had no issues like this until about three years ago I believe society values have just plain changed. Third the cost to do a tractor versus the value slip in common tractor values when done quickly sorts out the dreamers.
