When I worked in St. Louis there was a hotel/motel I would pass by on the way and a couple years later it got torn down and a very modern looking Cadillac dealership was built. Years later and I didn't work in that vicinity it got torn down and a new hotel was put up. This was in the span of 30-35 years. It just seems like a waste to me tearing down something at the drop of a hat. I guess that corner became more valuable as the years went by.

It looked so fornlorn amongst the lineup of newer equipment. But it was just the right size for my small farm. I stopped in and asked the proprietor for further information.
