Because Craigslist is largely moderated by its own users, the opportunity for abuse is huge. It's amazing that the abuse isn't more rampant than it is.
Unfortunately when you give a "child" opportunity to abuse something, they often do. People get their rocks off from messing with other people.
Then you've got the net.cops, who think it's their duty to make sure everyone is sticking to the letter of the law. If they feel that you're "abusing" the site they will zero in on you and nuke your ads.
You can't get upset about it. That's what they want. You just need to work around the problem and move on.
