Yes any good Kubota dealer will have two kinds of heaters. One goes in the engine block at a freeze plug then the other you cut the lower radiator hose in put it in there. Either works and will make it easier to start in cold weather. Kubota,s do not like starting fluid. You might check and make certain the glow plugs are in fact getting power during pre start. Could have a bad controller or relay. I do not know what woods uses in the way of a controller. Then last of all you could have bad glow plugs but not common.
