I had exactly the same problem. Then like a trusting fool - I went to the Craigslist "help" forum that has a focus on reasons for getting flagged and deleted. What a bunch of useless and arrogant people in that area!
After taking lot of bad advice about "how to write better ads" and "describe things better" and "how not to upset people" - I quit listening to bad advice. There no easy way tell if a Craigslist admin person is deleting your ads or . . . you've got multiple local flaggers which is doubtful. In theory many people must flag your ad and they all must be local and registered in the same region as the ad. For that to happen - would be unlikely unless you are a known crook and many people know it.
I used Craigslist for years with zero problems. Then all of a sudden - my ads started getting deleted. It started with a MF35 I had for sale.
Long story short - here's how I solved the problem. I got a different email address and then registered a new account with a new username and password. Then ran ads under that and have had NO problems since. All has been fine.
