1 1/2 gallon of cider 3 64oz jugs of apple juice keep jugs to put mixture back into. 5 cinnamon sticks after boiling if any sticks left devide and add them equally to the end product. 3 cups sugar boil for 15 minutes. let COOL then add a 5th of everclear. serve in sm doses cause like reported it will sneak up on you. if you want a carmel apple that is a touch sweater. 1 gallon of cider 4 cups carmel flavored vodicka 1 tablespoon cinnimon 1 cup brown sugar put in a pot and heat for at least 10 minutes after the sugar disolves stirring ocassionally. serve warm or cooled.Very good either way.
