Still one of the biggest problems is 911 service(lack of or faulty readings)our area has had a good number of deaths due to not getting thru or going to another areas service.Where we live,subject to weather,we could go to 3 different countys 911 centers and if the caller is unable to converse easily (Age-stroke-heart attack)and it goes to the wrong 911 center who doesn't have that number in their system.GUESS WHAT happens.We get calls from people on cable(TW-ATT-etc)that can or will show up on caller ID as unavailable to different area code or if same area code a number for a town 75 Mi.away.So again 911 doesn't work.
