This last thursday I was picking up parts for a tractor restoration that I was doing. I thought about that 51 Farmall M cotton picker tractor that I gave my dad. The metal seat needed to be replaced. I just do not remember if there is four bolts in the bottom of that seat that holds it in? Those farmall flip over type seats can be differnt than bolts it could be riveted on to the bracket that holds the seat. I just hope it is the right one.
