Well 18.4 x 34 tires are not small tires but these are more what I thought about when talking about shipping huge tires. LOL
On your needing tires shipped. It will make a difference if you have them shipped them to your home/farm or a business. Shipping to a business is a lot cheaper. So IF you have a friend that runs a business then have the tires shipped to that business.
I have had tires(18.4 x 42) shipped from Kansas City to Dubuque and it cost about $150 per tire.
