I'm guessing that most folks have at least one Windows based computer at home. Like most computers they need to be rebooted as well from time to time. Might be a scam to make Bill Gates wealthier, and might not. Things happen.
This past weekend I put new tires on my mother's Buick. The tire warning idiot light came on. I disconnected the battery for about 30 seconds, reconnected it, light has been off ever since. Its not uncommon for computers having to go through occasional reboots. Computers make our lives so much easier, but they aren't perfect.
