Calling a conservation model rare depends on where you are from.Where I was from on the east coast it was rare to see a standard frame 7000. There were none sold new and they only came around after dealers started hauling them in from the midwest.Our area was mainly no-till so we prefered conservation planters.We also used a frame mount no-till coulter because the unit ones would lift the planter out of the ground when planting over limestone rocks which would then drop the seed on top the ground or would wear out a planter real fast.
