Went all through the owner's manual, and couldn't find anything that pertained.
I'll still double check for another fuse block. The only one the owner's manual mentions is under the hood, beside the battery. On an Olds 88 once, I went nuts trying to figure out why the horn didn't work. (After a deer hit). Finally found a fuse for the horn on another little fuse block inside the kick panel in front of the passenger door.
