Not always unintentional.I was in either N or S Carolina and lifted the nozzal,triped the lever on the side of the pump and the fuel gushed.No real harm done.Pumped my gas,went inside and payed up.Mentioned it to the young lady takeing the money.She told me that a few mornings before when they opened up all four nozzals had been rigged.
