"My experience has been as long as you get your item back, eBay will force you to refund the money"
I have read quite a few horror stories on other message boards that in many cases the supposedly disgruntled buyer was allowed to keep the merchandise and still get his money refunded by Ripoffpal.
I have been preaching about Fleabay and Ripoffpal for several years, and usually get put down by the "true believers".
I used to buy a lot of small items on Fleabay, but since they required sellers to use Ripoffpal, I haven't been back. One ripoff was enough to cure me.
