In our area all the trigger locks have been removed for at least 5 years now. The only place you see them now is at truck stops on the Diesel pumps for the large trucks. This summer I was stopped at a truck stop along a major highway and a trucker was filling his tanks and he had two pumps going, one into each saddle tank. I was watching the $$$ signs roll up, one side took $360 and the other took $350.
