Here in MA, for hanguns, you get a permit to carry. Doesn't distinguish CC from OC. But I haven't talked to a LEO yet who if asked, hasn't suggested pretty strongly that it's best that you carry concealed. Anyone who open carries around here is probably just looking to make a statement...
