You want to get really confused? In the 60's I was in Korea. Their traffic lights sequence Green, Red Yellow. Green=Go, Red=Stop, Yellow=Left Turn. (=our green left turn arrow). Had a situation where a Koprean highway went across an army base. If you were on the highway you had Korean sequence lights. If you were carossing the highway you had American sequence lights. Fun, fun ,fun.
