I did that with one once. A young gal who had no business being out on a day like she was. She took out a gate post and part of a corral,late on a Friday afternoon in February. I sent them a bill for $500. They called me and squalked about it,but I told them if they knew anybody who'd come out here that time of day on a Friday and chip through the frost to do that job for less,give me their name so I could call them the next time. They sent me a check.
The big problem is,I can't turn it in to the drivers insurance myself unless I get the information from them before the cops get here. I can't get a copy of the police report myself. I have to turn it in to my insurance company and they'll give the report to them.
