Nice usually works best, if not more drastic measures can be used. Several year's back my son had sole permission to hunt a tract of ground. We went to put up several tree stand's and found one someone else had put up. He left a note on stand explaining that he had sole permission to hunt the ground, and the next time out, it was gone. We now know who it was but they never said a word, and are still friendly today. I realize not all situations are the same, but this worked for us.
