If it is on your land and they do not have permission to be there I would do a couple things. #1 call conservation and have them see that it is there. #2 I would take it down and or move it is a nice one and use it my self. #3 leave a note on the tree saying if you want it back call conservation and explain why it was there. I would not tell them in the note that they would be given a ticket for trespassing
