Backhoe puts a whole lot of pressure on the top link of a tractor.
I donno how well it will work on a 2point setup, that will be some rough pressure. Donno about that.
For hyd many are set up to run on a open or closed center tractor hydraulics, you might need to change a setting somewhere to make it work one way or the other.
Otherwise just plug it in, it likely will run pretty slow on an older tractor, but sure beats a shovel......
