We've had a sleep number bed for 10 years now. Bought the basic queen size-dual chamber. I did not go for the cheap base they have. I bought 3/4" plywood and 2x4's and built my own at a height that was more comfortable. It needs a solid base to work best.
I love it! I used to get a sore/stiff back once in a while before the SN bed. Now I cannot remember the last time I had one!
My side is set to 90 or 100. My wife floats around from 40 to 80. We did have a bladder that started leaking after 6 years. Ordered a new one with out any problems and it was a reasonable price.
We will never have another sleep system other than this sleep number bed.
