: remove the "nospam" from [email protected]. One thing I learned from a web site dedicated to killing spammers is to NEVER e-mail a message back to the address that sent you spam. Many times they request you to e-mail them back with the message "remove" so that they take your name off their list. Instead what they are getting from you is confirmation that your e-mail address is an active one and then they spam you more and also sell lists of active e-mail addresses to other spammers. The advise is to just delete the spam from your e-mail box and go on with life.
