Book says 28953D works for 37646D and 21771V, and 40622D works for 37646D (and vice-versa), so 28953D should work for all of them.

My F-12 has NAPA 25-24379 as the fan belt. It's cogged. S/N plate has been gone and the belt has been on longer than I have owned it. It's not an early one and it's not a F-14.
