Couple German tourists got killed driving the airport rental car that the thieves targeted. One of the same crew next week targeted another rental car with tourists- but this time it was Georgia people returning car or something and the man and wife both had concealed carry permits that Florida was also honoring. Killer of the German tourist statement from prison hospital bed was "unfair of tourists to carry guns, made it as dangerous as attacking local Cubans"- his 2 partners had been killed in the attempt to rob the Grorgia couple, he had half his intestines removed and a kidney from treatment for gunshot wounds, might have had a testicle also removed- defender did a center of mass drill triple shot- but was a foot or so low. Florida changed their license plate protocal for rentals to make it harder to figure out rentals, make it harder for carjackers to spot. Seems carjackings down by over half since the concealed carry laws in effect, smart car jackers doing something else, real dumb ones are dead or in prison. RN
