When the top 50% of the tax paying public pays in a little more than 97% of taxes collected while the bottom 50% pay less than 3% how can you say the rich are not paying enough or "their fair share"? What hurts the numbers the most for the bottom 50% are the folks receiving "earned income credit" and getting everything they paid in on top of that back too. They are the ones not paying their fair share, they are making over 5K a year not paying their fair share.
