That blade with weights on on my 841 ford with loader. As for work my doctor has me limited to 35lbs lifting for the rest of my life. Ya like a guy and live with that. I do try to not lift more then that often but you know life will not let you do that all the time. I have a bad back bad right shoulder and bad knees plus a couple other small problems but hey better then being 6 foot under. I have learned to work smarter not harder and have many things set up to help lift things
