I can tell you how to do it from Classic.
Scroll down,click "Upload Photo". Another box will pop up inside the box below. Click "Browse". That should take you in to your own files. Find the photo that you want to upload and click on it. Now there should be two icon boxes,one that says "Open" and one that says "Cancel". Click Open. That box should disappear. Now click "Upload" and wait. When the thumbnail picture shows up,click "Continue". The photo should disappear momentarily. When it comes back up and you have some words and symbols in the box that says "Optional Image URL" you can click Browse and upload another photo the same way or click Preview Your Reply and post it.
The main thing is to click "Continue" and wait for the photo to reappear before you move on.
