We have civilian inspectors working the weigh station between Houston and Dallas. Seems like they go out of there way to find "something". I stay ahead of them and recently got my CVSA stickers. I manage to get them every year. These stickers are highly sought after as it's not likely I'll get inspected for another year.

This weigh station is extremely busy and has 5 bays full with inspections all day long. They have 2-3 people on every truck. Lead inspector supervising while 1-2 other guys are under and around the truck. Training I guess.
