From your bin pic, I can"t see what the problem is......"take a section of the roof out to get inside?". I certainly wouldn"t cut up a nice rolling ladder to just get a platform to mount on the ladder on the bin.....or do you need to add to the ladder to get it down to the ground...eliminating the need for a ladder at the lower end? Just get some angle iron and make a lower ladder section to bolt onto the bin. yup!!! I"m a bit confused!
