I've been in Ohio all of my life. Right along the US RT 30 area. It seems to me that more often then not Thanksgiving time was when we seen our first snows. I remember this from back when Grandma & Grandpa were alive they would always come over to our house for dinner and we would worry about a snow keeping them away. I also remember one Black Friday there was a local farm sale and it was the best weather ever ! Sunny and really warm.
So I'd plan for a little snow and hope for the best.
