I Had a cement mixer Parked in my back yard ,was going to fix it fo 15 years? Looked it over,decided to scrap it while the tires would still hold air,Towed it on the scale,they never asked me for my licence or anything,the mixer didnt look any worse than some I have seen on jobs,I could have stollen it ,they didnt even check me out. Got 100 dollars cash for it,about two years ago during the winter.
