It looks like you have the most difficult things already completed: usable 40 inch rear tires and side curtains.
I realize Oliver 70 sometimes don't re-sell for much because of the cost of 40 inch rear tires. If it were mine I'd consider having a tire shop put a new tube in the left rear tire and then enjoy the tractor as-is.
