The battery being new says nothing other then it is new but that does not say it is good. Seen more then one new battery that was not worth the time to even haul home because it was bad from the get go. Got one a few years back got it to a tractor I had just got set it in and nothing. Took the battery out of my truck and the tractor fired right up. So I set the new battery in my truck and it would try to spin it over but still not do it. Roll started the truck so wife could drive it home behind me on the tractor. Battery went back that same day
