Saudi Arabia has issued tenders for around 40 more rigs, rig demand is up all over the middle east, the majority of rigs employed will be owned by American Companies and have a lot of American personnel working them, the company I work for just got a 5 year extension on several contracts in Saudi at increased rates, most of that money winds it way back to the USA through employees, vendors, manufacturers and shareholders.
