I hate cleats of any kind on my work shoes. I looked through the Red Wing catalog a couple years ago and could not come up with any sole I liked. I wore Kinney shoes for years and they outlasted Red Wing, Wolverine and a few other brands but they went out of business. Guy in shoe store says, must be because they lasted too long. Couldn't sell enough of them.
