Gallon per hour is a joke. The real test is gallons per acre. I have a friend who owns a CaseIH 9320. He claims it burns over 20 gallons an hour and with a 270 gallon fuel tank I believe that. But for most of his field work it burns less than a gallon peer acre. I figured it out once, was about .9 gallons per acre. That my friends is where the rubber meets the road so to speak.
