Your are correct Jim that Nebraska did test at 25%, 50%, 75% loads but they are always at WOT if you look at the engine RPM.
What Rod was saying is tests were not done at partial throttle loads where some tractors could theoretically be more fuel efficient at partial throttle than at WOT.
Not sure why everybody is getting all worked up. The OP poster asked for best and worst tractors in regards to fuel economy that each person personally owned. NOT the best or worst fuel economy tractor ever made.
