I answered this in your last post. With the engine not running the transmission is in park. To tow the tractor with a dead engine you will need to shift the transmission disconnet lever located on the left side of the transmission housing. This lever is just ahead of the rear axle housing. One direction (the one it is in now) connects the transmission to the differential pinion, the other direction disengages.
