I'm guessing it isn't the original manual or the lower dash was replaced. If it's a 3 cylinder, the casting date is most likely on the bottom of the oil pan. Lights may need a separate ground wire attached. What engine does it have? Not sure what the knob is, maybe a block drain or to shut coolant off to a heater in a cab??? 135's were the best selling tractor in the world in their era. Made in the US from 64-75 and the UK from 65-79. Also made in France from 65 to I think about 83 for vineyard models. Highly sought after tractors.
