We"re about 5 inches, as best I measure. My snazzy electronic gage has decided to go in strike after all the dry spell.
For those who wonder about the significance of this post, rrlund lives on the other side of the county (north-south) and all summer he has bested me on rainfall - seems the rain splits and goes north or south of me. Following the radar image from this last few days, looks like I bested him for once. Pastures sure greened up fast. Too bad so late in the season, I could sure have used it mid summer - gotten another cutting on a couple hayfields.
