You guys were close but look at the fenders it tells you it was made before 1948. Yes it's a 1945 Casee LA and it came out from the factory with steel wheels we know this because 4th gear is non working and that's a real bummer when one want to move from farm to farm. Someday I will tear into it to see why and what they did. Walt
