I was about four or five years old when my brother, cousins, and myself would sit on Grandpa and Grandma's porch on Lincolnway Ave across from Kreamo Bread in South Bend and play "My car, your car" and have to name the year, make, and model or get tossed out. Back then you could tell the difference between Pontiacs and Oldmobiles, Plymouths and Mercurys, Ramblers and Studebakers. Of course, I'm dating myself too and not unproud of it. These days kids my "My Razor, your Ipod" neither of which I know the first thing about, and not unproud of that either.

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
