yes this is a Jet roller I just bought new this spring, AFTER getting it set right and such it does work very well, the bobbin seems to be the only thing that is giving me fits as it locks up at times and the weld on the PTO drive set screw had to be rewelded but other than that it really rolls the wire, we have 5 strands over a mile long of smooth wire from a temp fence that was gave to us along with the posts for tearing it out and that smooth wire is all but impossible to roll by hand and this really makes quick work of it, I do wish they had a little better instruction sheet with the roller though LOL cnt
